Zu der Frage wie die Entwicklungen im Stadtteil wahrgenommen werden, haben sich 3 verschiedene Forderungen herauskristallisiert:
- mehr Orte der Begegnung für mehr Miteinander und Mitbestimmung (25 Punkte)
- mehr bezahlbarer Wohnraum und mehr Gewerbevielfalt (21)
- mehr Umweltbewusstsein (19)
Bei der Nachbesprechung am 15. Mai haben wir folgende Ideen zusammengebracht:
Zu 3.: Möglichkeiten die wilde Vermüllung im Stadtteil einzuschränken:
- Vermüller wenn es geht möglichst direkt ansprechen
- Den Meldemichel benachrichtigen (z.B. bei überquellendem Mülleimer)
- Den Ordnungsdienst/das Stadtteilbüro/den Stadtteilrat (Lokalpolizist) informieren
- Hinweisschilder aufstellen, dass es nicht erlaubt ist Müll zu entsorgen (hier der Link zum Bußgeldkatalog)
- Mehr Sprüche/Grafiken auf Mülleimer malen
- Eine Ausstellung zu „Müll auf dem Dulsberg“ organisieren (z.B.bei Dulsart) um das Bewusstsein für das Thema zu stärken
- Beleuchtung öffentlicher Plätze, Installation von Wasserspielen
Weitere Möglichkeiten um das Grün im Stadtteil besser zu nutzen:
- Mundraub.org nutzen
- Patenschaften für Grünstreifen übernehmen (an Bezirk wenden)
- Blumensamen/Seedbombs im Stadtteil wild pflanzen
- Fordern dass ein Trimm dich Pfad/ Fitnessgeräte im Grünstreifen installiert werden (z.B. vor dem Stadtteilrat)
Zu 2.: Um sich gegen die steigenden Mieten zu wehren haben wir folgende Ideen zusammengebracht:
- bei Mieter helfen Mietern anmelden (besser noch als Mieterverein)
- Mit anderen Mietern zusammentun
- Eine soziale Erhaltungsverordnung für den Dulsberg einfordern
Die Soziale Erhaltungsverordnung in Kombination mit der Umwandlungsverordnung ist die einzige vom Gesetzgeber vorgesehene Möglichkeit, aufwändige Modernisierungen zu begrenzen und vor allem spekulative Umwandlungs- und Verkaufstätigkeiten stark einzuschränken.

Zu 2. : um die Gewerbevielfalt im Stadtteil zu erhöhen, wollten wir zunächst eine Liste erstellen mit dem bereits ansässigen Gewerbe und dann einen Abgleich machen mit dem Gewerbe, dass wir als wünschenswert im Stadtteil ansehen, welche Orte auch als Begegnungsstätten fungieren könnten (siehe 1.)…
Zu 1.: um an Räumlichkeiten zu kommen muss zunächst der dringende Bedarf hierfür erkenntlich sein. Dann wäre es wichtig in den bestehenden Gremien des Stadtteils (Stadtteilrat) Präsenz zu zeigen. Schließlich sollten wir versuchen an Fördergelder heran zu kommen (Verfügungsfonds; Fördermittel der Stadt/ des Bundes/der EU ….)
